Your satisfaction is paramount to us. Should you receive defective goods, we’re dedicated to facilitating a refund, replacement, or repair, unless the damage results from neglect, misuse, or mishandling by the courier.
Parts ordered are eligible for return within ten working days, provided there’s a valid reason. Products cannot be returned if their packaging is damaged or if the product has been used. If a specifically ordered product is cancelled, we reserve the right to issue a refund minus the return cost to the supplier. Please note, there are strictly NO RETURNS on Needles, Threads, Wool, or Fabric.
Given the nature of sewing machine parts, only those installed by a Bernina registered technician are guaranteed for a period of 3 months unless stated otherwise.
Please be aware that once the product leaves our store, we cannot guarantee its condition upon arrival and therefore cannot accept responsibility.
If you encounter any issues, kindly email us within 3 working days at bernina@berninadbn.co.za so that we can promptly investigate and assist in resolving the matter.
Please be aware that displayed prices are subject to stock availability. In-store stock may deplete before updates on our website during high demand periods. If you wish to check stock availability, please contact us at 031 564 9112. If stock is unavailable, a refund will be arranged.
We highly value your privacy and refrain from engaging in any unwanted marketing practices. You retain the right to opt out of any unsolicited marketing communications at your convenience.
Before initiating any repairs or maintenance, we’ll communicate the assessment costs to you. You hold the right to pre-authorize or decline additional services. Opting to decline the repair will incur an assessment cost of R350.00, invoiced to cover the labour cost.
